Welcome to shop Sprime. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, purchases of physical products, and use of our Remote Gaming PC rental services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1) Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders or use rentals.
- Account information must be accurate and kept updated. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account.
2) Products, Pricing & Availability
- We offer a rotating selection of electronics (e.g., motherboards, keyboards, mice, laptops, accessories). Specs and images are provided for guidance and may differ slightly due to manufacturing revisions.
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice until an order is placed.
- We may limit quantities per order/customer/address and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3) Orders & Payment (Stripe Only)
- Orders are accepted subject to payment authorization and stock confirmation.
- We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
- You authorize us to transmit order and device information to Stripe for fraud prevention and to charge your card for the total amount.
- We may cancel and refund orders that fail verification, show suspected fraud, or are mispriced due to obvious errors.
4) Shipping & Delivery (Worldwide)
- We ship worldwide to countries serviced by our carriers, subject to local regulations, customs, and sanctions.
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy are provided by carriers and may vary due to routing, customs, or unforeseen events.
- Risk of loss passes upon confirmed delivery to the address provided. Title transfers upon delivery or full payment, as permitted by law.
- We may decline to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or restricted destinations.

5) Remote Gaming PC Rentals (Digital Service)
- Delivery: Access credentials and setup instructions are sent by email from support@shop-sprime.com to the checkout email address.
- Use: Access is licensed, time-limited, and non-transferable for the sole user who purchased the rental.
- Fair Use & Security: Sharing credentials, running prohibited software, or attempting to bypass security is strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
- Uptime & Support: We target a high-availability experience. If you encounter downtime, contact us promptly so we can assist. Verified downtime beyond a reasonable threshold may be compensated via extensions or credit, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Verification: We may require one-time verification (OTP/email/phone) to protect your account.
6) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our policies for returning physical products and handling rental cancellations/downtime are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Highlights:
- Physical products: 14-day return window in like-new condition with all accessories; inspection and restocking rules apply.
- Rentals: Full refund if cancelled before access starts; generally non-refundable once the session begins, except for verified downtime credits.
7) Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, software) is owned by or licensed to shop Sprime and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8) User Content & Reviews
If you post reviews or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services. You are solely responsible for your submissions and must not post unlawful, infringing, or misleading material.
9) Prohibited Uses
- Violating laws, regulations, or sanctions.
- Interfering with site security or attempting unauthorized access.
- Uploading malware, harmful code, or abusive content.
- Using rentals for crypto mining, DDoS, illegal downloads, or other abusive activities.
10) Compliance, Sanctions & Export
You are responsible for ensuring that purchases and rentals comply with local laws in your country. You must not use our services in or for the benefit of persons or entities on restricted/sanctioned lists.
11) Warranties & Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, the site and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
14) Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of your store’s registered jurisdiction (update this clause after import). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws.
16) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
