Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Branding Electronics Store. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders for our electronics catalog (e.g., motherboards, keyboards, mice, laptops, accessories) and any bundled items. Our logistics are designed to ensure clear timelines and transparent communication.
Payment Method: We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
1) Shipping Coverage & Methods
- Coverage: We ship worldwide to countries serviced by our partner carriers, subject to local regulations and import restrictions.
- Methods: Standard door‑to‑door courier delivery. A signature may be required for high‑value items.
- Exclusions: We may not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or sanctioned/restricted destinations.
- Pickup: In‑person pickup is not offered unless explicitly listed during checkout.
2) Order Processing Times
- Authorization & verification: Orders are prepared after successful payment authorization through Stripe.
- Preparation window: 0–1 business day(s) after payment confirmation.
- Cut‑off time: Orders confirmed before 16:00 (store local time) typically hand over to the courier the same or next business day.
- Peak seasons: During holidays or major sales, processing may require an extra 1–2 business days.
3) Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (within seller’s country): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Continental/Regional: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: 5–12 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and destination.
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to routing, weather, customs inspection, or other unforeseen events.
4) Shipping Fees
- Calculated at checkout: Fees depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.
- Free‑shipping thresholds: When available, eligibility will be displayed clearly in the cart/checkout.
- No COD fees: As Cash on Delivery is not supported, there are no COD service charges.
5) Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking: A tracking number/link is sent by email once your order ships.
- Status updates: You can follow progress on the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
- Stalled tracking: If there is no movement for 72 business hours, contact our support team.
6) Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
- Your responsibility: Enter a complete address and a reachable phone number (building, floor, apartment, and landmarks if needed).
- Failed delivery / return‑to‑sender: If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, re‑shipping fees may apply.
- Refused/undeliverable packages: Once returned and inspected in resellable condition, we can refund the product price less original shipping and handling.
7) Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the address provided. Title to products transfers upon successful delivery or full payment, whichever occurs later, as permitted by applicable law.
8) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items
- Damaged on arrival: Report within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product serial label when applicable.
- Missing items: Report within 48 hours so we can investigate and send replacements or provide a suitable solution.
- Lost in transit: If the parcel shows no delivery scan beyond the carrier’s standard timeframe, we will file a claim and re‑ship or refund.
For electronics, please keep all packaging until the investigation is complete.
9) Duties, Taxes & Compliance (International)
- Customs & duties: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure the ordered products comply with destination‑country regulations (certifications, voltage/plug standards, wireless spectrum, etc.).
- Customs delays: Clearance times vary by country and are outside our control.
10) Restrictions & Special Handling
- Oversized/Fragile: Monitors, desktop cases, and certain components may require special packaging or handling fees.
- Hazardous/Restricted: Batteries and power‑banks may be restricted by air. We will notify you if adjustments are required.
- Split shipments: For multi‑item orders, we may ship from different locations; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
11) Pre‑Orders & Backorders
- Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and via email; they can change based on supplier updates.
- If your order mixes in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship in parts or hold until all items are ready; you’ll see this option at checkout.
12) Remote Gaming PC Rental – Email Delivery
Remote Gaming PC rentals are digital services (no physical shipment). After successful Stripe payment, you will receive your access by email.
- Delivery method: Access instructions are sent from support@shop-sprime.com to the email used at checkout.
- What’s included: Remote desktop address or client download link, user credentials, session start/end time, and a quick‑start guide.
- Delivery window: Within 1–3 working hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00, store local time). Orders outside business hours are prioritized next business day.
- Verification: For security, we may request a one‑time verification (e.g., OTP to your email/phone). Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
- No shipping fees: Rentals are delivered electronically; carrier shipping fees do not apply.
- Fair use: Sharing credentials or malicious activity will result in immediate suspension without refund, per Terms & Conditions.
